PIEDS DANS L'EAU VILLA IN LEGGIUNO

The Villa Pieds dans l'eau is located in Leggiuno on the east side of Lake Maggiore and consists of the main villa, the dock, the guest house and the caretaker's house.
 
 It is a unique place for total privacy, behind it it is protected by the cliff, the garden is laid out along the coast and the entire property is directly on the lake.
 There is a pier next to the dock where the boat can be moored in a place protected from the waves.

In the past it was used as a wine cellar and for social lunches with friends on the hottest summer days. All properties require some finishing or renovation work.
 The park is flat with descents to the lake by concrete stairs that are connected to the Belvedere.
